Important Information
Surgical Appointment Information
- All pets must have a mandatory $59 physical examination.
- Pets must be in good health and weigh over 3 lbs for surgery.
- Pets without proof of vaccines will receive Rabies and Distemper at the owner's expense.
- Pets with fleas will be treated at the owner's expense.
- Bloodwork is required for all pets over 1 year of age.
- Pets must be fasted for 12 hours prior to surgery. No food after midnight the night before their procedure. Water is fine right up until you bring them.
Additional Information
- A $50 fee will be charged for missed appointments or appointments cancelled without at least 48 hours notice.
- Elizabethan Collar (Lamp-shade) anti-chew collars are recommended for additional cost.
- All pets must be picked up the same day they are dropped off.
- If a pet is not picked up on their specified discharge day, a $50 fee (per night) will be added to your bill.
- A Nominal Medical Waste Fee will be applied to each pet's bill.
